STEAM DISTILLATION

The process starts by charging still, the plant is placed in a deep vat and steam is passing through it, from the steam generator. The essence and volatile elements evaporate along with the water steam, directly going to the condenser. Cooling it, the essence is separated from the water through a siphon or florentine flask.

Finally, we got the essential oil, ready to be separated by batches and analyzed by our quality control department.

Temperature, pressure and steam flows are automatically controlled. Our facilities are totally made of stainless steel with a capacity of 2 tons each.

Pure essential oils are obtained by water steam distillation, this is not a contamination system and totally friendly with environment."
